Aynho’s Village Hall is a great community and event space right in the middle of the village, opposite the Cartwright Hotel and the village green.
Aynho Village Hall has its own car parking, newly installed kitchen, one-gig broadband connection and full AV (audio visual) system and is fully equipped for every sort of event, meeting, social and community activity.
Regular events include: Pilates classes, Latin and ballroom dance classes, musical minis, short mat bowls, quiz and curry nights, ‘big’ birthday celebrations including catering and disco, children’s parties, community lunches, social and hobby groups and evenings with invited speakers, a weekly Post Office pop-up, Aynho’s annual flower and vegetable show, business meetings, training and seminars, church, charity and community meetings….in fact, every sort of event.

Dame Mary Cartwright Room
Approx. size: 6.8m x 5.25m, varnished wooden flooring, blackout curtains at windows.
Can be set up as a meeting room seating 20 round tables set up board room style or 24/28 when 6-7 tables spaced individually (seating 4 people each) or approx. 35 with chairs only. 9 tables (76cm x 90cm) stored folded down in corner of room.

64” flat screen TV with AV connectivity (NO TV licence).

Kitchen
Off the Main Hall it is equipped with a double oven ceramic top electric cooker, microwave oven, hot water urn, 2 electric kettles, Zip-Tap water heater for hot drinks, fridge (no freezer box), 80 teacups/saucers, 60 mugs, several large teapots, 6 large glass jugs, 6 small glass jugs, 60 white 10” plates, 60 white side plates and some cutlery and small glass tumblers.

Capacity: The total capacity of the Village Hall (using both rooms) is 100 persons, if staging is set up it is 80 persons.
Seating: There are 70 upholstered chairs with an additional 28 black folding plastic chairs stored in the large shed.
