The Great Western Arms is managed by live in couple Head Chef James Clark alongside General Manager Nicole Barclay. James has an incredible background working in some popular kitchens based in the Oxfordshire area including most recently working as Head Chef in the sister pub The Talkhouse where, over the three years, he has made massive improvements to its restaurant trade.
General Manager Nicole also brings plenty of experience in the industry including being Assistant Manager at The Talkhouse. She brings a great level of attention for Customer’s Service and an atmosphere not to be missed.
Both Nicole and James have grown up in the area and are now raising their own family here. With James, from Bicester, and Nicole from nearby Kings Sutton, they are both very happy to be in the local area doing what they love most.
