On Friday 7th November a group of 21 ladies from the WI visited Belflair Chocolates in Brackley. Stephan Moyaert, the master chocolatier, gave a very interesting and informative talk. He started right at the beginning of the life of chocolate, describing the various stages and processes it goes through from the cocoa farm to the chocolate we eat. Next he gave a demonstration of how he hand makes all his chocolates before finally providing us with a wide variety of chocolates to taste. A visit very much enjoyed by everyone.
