The next PuP will be hosted on Blacksmiths Hill by its residents on Friday 13th September.
Do come along and support if you can. There will be wine and beer, as well as soft drinks – and, depending on who offers, some food for adults and children alike.
A big thank you goes to Chantel for hosting the bar during the 3 PuPs held over the summer and to Em for her Thai BQ chicken on 9th August – greatly appreciated by the 60 or so attendees and their children.
We want to continue to do these community events into the autumn and winter – and with food where we can – especially while the Cartwright remains closed……and we try and work out what to do to replace its meeting place, it’s on tap food and drink, and the bedroom
space.
If anyone would like to help in the months ahead – organise, provide a venue, help on an evening, cook something, serve or clear up afterwards then please get in touch. We think we need it – for all generations, and especially as it can be on your doorstep and the prices can be kept low!
